Yes. Residents are expected to remain substance-free, participate in chores, attend house meetings, respect shared spaces, and follow house guidelines that help create a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
Yes. Curfew is 9:00 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends to encourage accountability, structure, and healthy routines.
Most bedrooms are at least double occupancy with twin beds and dedicated space for each resident's personal belongings.
At this time, pets are not permitted.
Yes. Residents may be subject to weekly, bi-weekly, or random drug testing as part of maintaining a safe and substance-free environment for everyone in the home.
Residents have access to peer support, accountability, weekly house meetings, and a structured environment designed to encourage personal growth, stability, and forward momentum.
No. New Day House does not provide medical or therapeutic services. Residents are encouraged to seek outside counseling, medical care, or community support programs as needed.

Yes. Residents are required to be employed, enrolled in school, volunteering, or actively seeking permanent employment while living at New Day House.

No. Residents are responsible for purchasing and preparing their own meals. Each home includes a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and basic household supplies so residents can comfortably manage day-to-day routines and build independent living skills.
